About the department:

Our Timetabling and Student Data function is very important and underpins our success rates and levels of student enrolment. They’re a friendly and supportive team and if you join them as Administrator, they will promise a challenging and varied role, with lots of opportunity to develop new skills and knowledge.

About the role:

Daily duties will include booking rooms, dealing with telephone and face to face enquiries, processing student records and monies, as well as general office duties such as photocoping, filing and archiving.

More about you:

Ideally we are looking for an experienced administrator, with a good standard of education, to include GCSE (A*-C) or equivalent in English and Maths, as well as an IT qualification (CLAIT, ECDL or equivalent). You should also be able to demonstrate:

  • A relevant background and proven experience of working in a busy office environment
  • Great customer service skills and a confident telephone manner
  • Accurate data input skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in the use of  MS Office and in particular Word and Excel
  • The ability to plan, prioritise and manage your own workload on a day to day basis
