We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Marketing Officer to join its busy multi-disciplined Group marketing team.
The group-wide marketing department is a busy multi-disciplined team. We’re focused on three core activities of advertising and promotion, reputation management and research and intelligence. Working within marketing means getting involved in each of these activities through specific marketing plan projects.
You days will be varied and challenging, we operate in competitive markets where we need to find new and creative ways to deliver our messages to our target audiences. As well as supporting colleagues across the organisation with marketing, we support strategic planning with research and intelligence about our markets.
Being part of our team requires excellent skills in project management, a creative solutions-based approach and strong resilience and problem solving skills. We’re a close team, small in number but we have a big impact across the organisation, for an exciting career opportunity consider joining our team.
The Role: This role will be highly varied, including working on implementing the marketing strategy and plan across our range of brands with a particular focus on business-to-business markets. The post holder will also help develop new ways to deliver our messages to our target audiences. The role includes running advertising campaigns, sourcing, writing and distributing news, managing social media and events.
The Person: You should be able to demonstrate excellent project management abilities and attention to detail. You must have a positive, enthusiastic approach, and excellent communication skills.
A sound knowledge of marketing communication techniques is vital. The role would suite a recent graduate in advertising, communications or marketing who has some relevant work experience
