Personnel Assistant

12 month fixed term contract

Hours:    22 hours per week over 3 days (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday preferred)

Salary:    £9,761 - £10,462 pro-rata (£16,417 - £17,595 FTE)      

This is an exciting opportunity to join our personnel team to provide additional administrative skills to the wide range of areas covered by the department.

The personnel team is extremely experienced, knowledgeable and committed, dealing with personnel, payroll, equality and diversity, staff development, health and safety and safeguarding matters across multiple sites within Herefordshire and Shropshire.

The successful candidate will have experience of working within a busy office, completing tasks to tight deadlines, the ability to produce accurate work in a timely manner together with sound IT skills.

Previous experience of working within the areas covered by the department is desirable.
