A vacancy has arisen for an Admissions Administrator, based in our busy Academic Registry. Working in the Admissions team with responsibility for the administration of Further Education, Undergraduate and Postgraduate applications, interviews and enrolment processes. This will involve the accurate input and maintenance of computerised student records. To assist a first class admissions and recruitment service, offering accurate and professional advice to applicants whilst ensuring quality and standards are maintained. To contribute to the administration and development of admissions systems. To liaise with applicants, course teams, business support staff and external customers.
The successful candidate will have at least 1 years’ experience of working within a customer facing environment, and have good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload, with excellent attention to detail and to work to tight deadlines. Knowledge of Agresso student management system and experience of working within educational administration or similar environment are desirable.
