Cluster Manager - London

We have a great opportunity to join the Novus team as a Cluster Manager within the London Region on a permanent, full time (37 hours per week) basis. 

The purpose of this role is to implement and operate an employer responsive, learner focused Cluster curriculum to meet the OLASS contractual, learner achievement, quality and performance targets. The role will be responsible for the development of effective collaborative business partner relationships with key cluster / prison contacts and local employment stakeholders in order to maximise learner success and income generation.

To do this successfully you`ll need a proven track record of:

• Managing a complex operation achieving outstanding results within budget and deadlines 
• Working effectively to develop a learner focused accredited curriculum framework
• Working effectively and proactively towards continuous quality improvement 
• Managing a successful, high performing and highly motivated team
