Learning Support Assistants

We are seeking enthusiastic and caring individuals to provide in-class learning support for students. The roles involve supporting the literacy and numeracy needs of students with learning difficulties and/or disabilities.

You will need to possess good communication skills, both written and verbal, and have some experience of working with young people, and preferably some experience of supporting people with learning difficulties/disabilities and/or challenging behaviour.  You should be able to work effectively as part of a team and be able to motivate and support young people.
