New City College is the group of further education colleges in East London which comprises Tower Hamlets College, Hackney Community College and Redbridge College. We are looking for an experienced and innovative Senior Quality Compliance Coordinator who is committed to providing the highest standard in teaching, learning and assessment.

The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating the day to day operation of the Higher Education provision (including partnership delivery) and the quality compliance process; supporting the development of new programmes and developing partnerships with relevant HEIs under the direction of the Head of Higher Education.

 

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in ensuring that staff are effectively coached, deployed and developed in order to achieve the College's strategic and operational targets.

 

Good communication skills, and a commitment to equal opportunities is essential for this post. You will also be able to demonstrate the ability to support change/curriculum innovation within Higher Education programmes.
