The Role
The Marketing and Management Lecturer will welcome and through their teaching inspire a group of Norwegian students during their one year program at our College. Whilst teaching on the department’s Marketing and Management courses at Level 3+, the successful candidate will liaise with the client to ensure that the criteria for course achievement as being met and implemented.
As marketing and management lecturer you will develop your own materials that are both fit for purpose and inspire and contribute to the curriculum development of relevant courses based on learning criteria provided.
The Person
The successful applicant will be an experienced educator with a passion for delivering student success and driven to deliver continuous improvement. You will have a demonstrable track record in delivering innovative and creative teaching and learning and an up to date in depth knowledge of curriculum delivery.
Along with a relevant degree, a teaching qualification and evidence of CPD, you will also have:
- A demonstrable ability to use inspiring teaching methods, produce engaging teaching materials and maintain up-to-date schemes of work.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- A commitment to the ethos of team work.
- Maths & English qualifications at level 2 or above.

Tenure: Casual – Hourly paid
Hours: 3.75hrs per week for 28 weeks
