Chef/Catering Supervisor (HMP Lincoln)

We have a great opportunity at HMP Lincoln to join the education team as a Chef/Kitchen Supervisor on a Permanent, Part Time (29.6 hours per week) basis.

The purpose of this role will be to supervise Learners within the establishment, in the production of food and drinks services in the visits centre and staff mess, ensuring that all budget, quality and operational targets are achieved. To do this successfully you`ll need to:

• Possession of NVQ level 3 or relevant catering qualification.
• Working knowledge of varied and large scale catering operations
• Track record of effective team and people management
• Track record of achievement of targets.
