Progress Coach

1x Permanent, Term time only (40 weeks), full time 37 hours per week

Bradford College are seeking to expand their existing team of Progress Coaches who manage a caseload of students. They monitor and support the academic success of individual students by providing pastoral support, for example giving regular guidance and contributing encouraging student progress.

A key focus of this role is to facilitate one-to-one and group tutorials.  Through tutorials the Progress Coach monitors progress and provides information so that students can make informed decisions about study, life and work and are equipped to take action.

The ideal candidate will have successful experience of working with the relevant age group on a 1:1 and group basis to achieve their goals ( education, youth work or a community setting).
