Lecturer in Equine Studies (Further Education)

Due to increased growth in student numbers, a position in the Hartpury Equine Further Education team has arisen for a full time Equine Lecturer, to teach students on a variety of Further Education equine courses. The role will involve tutoring a group of Level 3 Horse Management students, as well as delivering theory and practical BTEC equine units at level 3, including a Business Management unit.  

We are looking for a team player who is highly motivated and forward thinking, with the ability to work in a fast paced environment. You will be expected to deliver exceptional teaching which will assist students to achieve excellent results. You will be able to inspire students to appreciate and enjoy all aspects of equine, instilling in them a passion for the subject and a desire to develop their understanding.

You will be qualified to degree level within an Equine related subject and hold a minimum qualification of BHSAI.  A teaching qualification and experience in delivering BTEC qualifications would be a distinct advantage.
