Management Administration Assistant

We are looking to recruit a professional administration assistant to work within a busy team and to support Executive Management.

The successful candidate will be a proven administrator, with excellent organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously within a pressurised environment. Experience of minuting meetings and diary management is also essential, as is excellent verbal and written communication skills.

A proficient Microsoft Office user, in particular Word, Excel and Outlook, you will also need to demonstrate a high attention to detail and an ability to produce accurate and timely data. Experience of working in education, and particularly in HE, would be advantageous.
