About the role

This is a hands on role and the post holder will be involved with the preparation, delivery and layout of food and drink. The successful candidate ideally should have a sound knowledge of customer service and catering for hospitality. As a catering assistant you will be involved in all aspects of the hospitality service including basic food preparation, food service, and other duties associated with the retail operations that will include till operation.

The role may require the individual to work during the summer months if required and occasional events in the evening 1 or 2 times per year. Working hours can start from 7.30am but the normal shift will be from 10.00am –2.30pm. We do require the individual to be flexible on hours if needed.
