Sales Executive (x2)

We are looking to appoint a enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to the role of Sales Executive. The role will to be focused on defining and executing employer related business sales to ensure the development of commercial training and apprenticeship services to companies across Merseyside and the North West in line with Corporation, College and Business Development targets.  You will be a motivated, well organised team player with a demonstrable high level of commitment.  Candidates will need to have considerable experience in a sales role and have consistently achieved stretch targets.

The job role will include:

  • To identify and drive sales opportunities within new and existing target markets using current Labour Market Intelligence and a range of sales approaches including cold calling/appointment setting, field sales, mailshots and sales appointments
  • To work closely with strategic partners to identify and generate qualified sales leads
  • To visit new and existing accounts and develop business opportunities in order to achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly and annual basis.
  • To help companies diagnose their requirements for learning by producing Training Needs Analyses which clearly sets out solutions to meet their business needs.
