We have a great opportunity within the West Yorkshire region to join the education team as a Resourcing Consultant on a full time (37 hours per week), fixed term contract (until 31st July 2018). 

We are growing and as a result we have an exciting opportunity within Novus, for a self-driven and enthusiastic individual to join as a full time Resourcing Consultant within the West Yorkshire region and will cover all establishments in that area as required. 

We are passionate about improving the life chances of our learners and in this exciting role you`ll prepare, support and encourage offenders find employment on release. You`ll also be able to research and identify opportunities for businesses to employ ex-offenders and assist them with recruiting. 

To do this successfully you`ll need to have:

-Experience of successful Recruitment Consultancy work.
-A self-starter who`s resilient and enjoys working in a challenging environment and working to targets related to employment outcomes.
-Excellent planning and time management skills, keeping others on track and resolving problems promptly, adapting to change, in a fast-moving, multi-tasking environment, whilst maintaining positive relationships with a variety of stakeholders
-Overall responsibility for driving progress and uses own initiative for pursuing activities and the ability to make things happen.
