We are looking for an experienced Personal Development and Behaviour Officer with a background in supporting young people and leading on a variety of student focused projects.
The successful candidate will need to assist in developing a comprehensive enrichment programme and actively engage students across the college to maximise participation to ensure the college meets Sports England Targets. They will also support student involvement schemes such as the Ambassador Programme, Mentoring Scheme, Student Voice and student-led Enrichment.
Candidates will require experience in delivering reward and recognition schemes that motivate students, celebrate success and/ or reward targeted groups. Therefore, candidates must be passionate about working with and inspiring our students.
Candidates will have experience working with young people and have a Youth Worker qualification (or NVQ Level 2 equivalent). It is essential that all applicants meet the minimum qualification requirement of Maths and English (GCSE grade A*- C or level 2 equivalent).
