Head of Business Development
We are currently seeking a Head of Business Development, who will develop and implement a strategy to provide a professional and financially lucrative employer engagement service, and also capitalise on LSEC's excellent reputation and expand the service provision to maximise revenue streams and increase profitability.
Leading the management and future direction of the Apprenticeship Levy, non levy and commercial activity, you must ensure a reputation for excellence in training and development and maximise the achievement of targets linked to employer services. Engaging with Assistant Principals to develop, promote and deliver provision to meet the needs of employers, you will maintain a comprehensive employer and LMI database whilst ensuring equality of opportunity and an employer-first culture across all services and functions.
Qualified to Level 3 as a minimum, you will have previous experience in a sales, marketing or customer service role and have demonstrable ability to successfully lead a team. A strong team player who can work objectively and in a critically constructive manner, you will have a proven track record of setting and achieving income targets and be able to network effectively. We also ask that you have experience of project management and can deliver outcomes through staff both directly managed and non-directly managed.
Due to the nature of the role, a valid UK driving licence is essential.
