Curriculum Manager Maths

We are seeking to appoint a self-motivated individual to the role of Curriculum Manager maths. This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding area of the curriculum, which boasts continued learner success and achievement.

The role will involve leading on the developments of the new GCSE maths curriculum, Functional skills, Core Level 3 and the new A level specification. It will also involve training vocational teams on embedding maths and providing curriculum expertise to all teachers teaching maths across the college.

The successful candidate must:

• Be qualified with a Degree in maths
• Hold a teaching qualification
• Be able to teach GCSE maths and A level maths
• Have programme management experience
• Competent on college systems, such as EBS and Promonitor.

The Golden Hello payment would be a maximum payment of £6,000 payable as follows:

• £2,000 on appointment
• £2,000 on successful completion of probationary period
• £2,000 on successful completion of Certificate in Education (academic staff only); or 2 years service with excellent performance
