Administrator (part time)
22.2 hours per week
Bolton College is looking for an organised, self-motivated individual to join our central administration team. Working to different areas of the organisation, you will provide essential administrative services to curriculum staff and managers as well as supporting cross-college functions and processes throughout the year.
Experience of working in a busy office environment, as well as a professional approach to deal with enquiries in person and via telephone/email, is essential. Candidates must also have excellent IT skills, good attention to detail, the ability to use initiative and prioritise own workload.
Flexible working is required including occasional evening duties at time of peak workload, particularly during enrolment.
