Learning Support Manager
Writtle University College is looking to recruit an experienced Learning Support Manager with a passion for ensuring that students with additional learning needs receive the best possible support to equip them with the skills required to achieve, succeed and become independent learners.
Leading a highly dedicated and committed specialist team you will plan, manage and monitor the delivery of high quality additional learning/study support services for both Higher and Further Education students; in addition you will play a significant role in monitoring changes in funding that impact on learning support to inform future strategy.
The successful candidate will have experience of working, supporting, assessing and/or managing the needs of students with learning difficulties and/or disabilities in post 16 education, with a proven track record of working, preferably at a managerial level, within a Further and/or Higher Education provider.
