Associate Programme Director - Foundation Degree Health Care Practice

37 hours per week, Permanent, Based at the WGC Campus

University Campus St Albans is a joint venture between the University of Hertfordshire and Oaklands College.  We are looking for an Associate Programme Director to contribute to the leadership of this exciting fast forward Nursing Associate Pilot that launched in April and to teach on the related Foundation Degree Health Care Practice for Assistant Practitioners.

Applicants will have to be NMC registered nursing professionals with significant experience of teaching and be passionate about the educational needs of Health Care Assistants.  You will be self-motivated, innovative and able to work to deadlines. You will have excellent communication and organisation skills as well as a flexible approach to the delivery of teaching, learning and assessment that will enhance the student experience.
