Would you enjoy the variety of working with SEND students? Do you want to help students reach their full potential? Do you enjoy the outdoors? The WCG Learning Mentor fulfils many roles to our SEND students such as tutors, mentors and carers; as such they can find themselves in a variety of working situations! In this role you'll be spending time working outdoors and with large animals, as well as in areas of agriculture and land-based interests where our students practically learn. Ideally you'll have a friendly and enthusiastic disposition, able to show empathy to the students and help them along their personal and education development.
