Learner Experience Officer

Westminster Adult Education Service (WAES) recently judged by Ofsted Inspection as “officially good and on our way to outstanding” is the largest local authority adult education service in London and one of the largest in the country. We offer a large and diverse programme of further education qualification courses and employer-based training as well as extensive community based provision. We have a diverse, enthusiastic student community, taught and supported by well qualified, dedicated staff. Our three main centres in Westminster are all modern, easily accessible and purpose built, offering high quality teaching and learning facilities.  

The Learner Experience team are looking for two part time motivated, enthusiastic and customer centred Learner Experience Officers; you must have experience of working with diverse customers and ideally have current specialist knowledge linked with education. The role will involve evenings and weekends and based at our Lisson Grove Campus, however some travelling to other centres will be involved as part of the role.

The ideal candidate will have experience of managing spreadsheets and updating daily key performance data sheets, in additional you must have outstanding people skills and have a track record of using various ICT packages.
