Would you like a unique and invaluable opportunity to work with young adults and plan an effective and strategic response to meet their needs? The Princes Trust programme is specifically designed to engage with 16-25 year olds who are not in education, employment or training (NEETs) and provides them with an opportunity to re-engage in learning, participate in community projects, team work and individual work placements. As a Team Leader, your role is crucial to the success of the Princes Trust programme. You will develop and deliver a 12 week programme and work closely and effectively with local agencies and organisations to recruit team members. You will be experienced in working effectively with groups of young adults and people with challenging behaviours. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference to the lives of young adults and WCG will arrange for you to undertake relevant training, including the Certificate in Education and Training to support the delivery of the programme.
