Work Based Learning Manager - Motor Vehicle

Do you have an interest in Motor Vehicles? Have you got experience in mentoring or coaching? Do you want to help drive the next generation of Motor Vehicle engineers? Don’t let your career stall, with WCG you’ll be based in the field supporting apprentices completing their workplace assessments; you’ll be responsible for the success of the apprentice scheme in providing tutelage to the students, and assessing their learning outcomes. In order to effectively complete this challenge you will need a level 3 qualification in a relevant Motor Vehicle discipline, and an Assessor award A1, or equivalent.
