An experienced lecturer is required to teach 16-18 year old learners acting and performance skills. The suitable candidate will provide an excellent learning experience to ensure the individual learner gains the appropriate skills in readiness for Higher education, employment or an apprenticeship.

The ideal candidate will hold a full teaching qualification and a related degree or industry experience. To be successful in this role, you'll need to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to effectively motivate and inspire others.

You'll also have exceptional organisational skills combined with good IT knowledge and sound administration skills. Evidence of outstanding or good lesson observation reports, experience in delivering UAL and Btec qualifications is desirable. Experience of teaching in Further Education and Course Leading including academic and pastoral care is essential.
