The Manchester College is based at many sites across the city, each with its own specialist cutting edge facilities within a friendly and supportive environment. We are the largest FE college in the UK providing education and training to a wide range of learners. As Dean of Higher Education you will provide outstanding strategic educational leadership in the development, planning, delivery and monitoring of the curriculum and of the student experience. 
In order to do this, you will need to be/have:
-Qualified to degree level or equivalent
-Proven track record of management of a large and diverse team
-Experience of effective resource and performance management utilising computerised management information systems
-Experience of staff training and appraisals
-Demonstrate ability and vision in developing the curriculum
-Sound interpersonal /leadership skills
