Team Leader for Work Based Learning - Engineering

Do you have experience of management and leading a team, as well as supporting and mentoring students on apprenticeship programmes? You will lead a team of Work Based Learning Managers in Engineering and manage the workplace learning, assessment and verification process. Your role will be fundamental in supporting the students to succeed on their Apprenticeships and will include carrying out regular reviews. You will liaise with the employer and the College, as well as ensuring that the duty of care for apprentice is always maintained. You will also hold a Level 3 qualification in an Engineering discipline.
