To support this, we are inviting an outstanding individual to join the Department of Quality & Registry who will manage the learning, teaching & assessment programme and deliver outstanding learning opportunities to new and developing teachers.
The person we appoint will demonstrate their passion for facilitating learning, nurturing talent, and supporting people to thrive. Through hard work and dedication to their vocation, the post-holder will create, manage, deliver and evaluate highly effective learning, teaching and assessment experiences. Specifically, they will be expected to deliver teacher training at levels 3 and 4, and develop future level 5 and PGCE provision.
This strategically important role will be pivotal to ensuring that Plumpton College’s continuing professional development programme for academic staff supports colleagues to gain outstanding vocational and academic skills that will facilitate them to deliver engaging and inspiring experiences in every physical classroom, practical workspace or virtual environment.
