This is an exciting opportunity to join the Business Improvement Department at CU Coventry. As a Quality Analyst, you will support the team in providing accurate, timely and relevant analysis of both academic and quality management system data. This will involve working closely with the Academic Staff, Professional Staff and other stakeholders to analyse and interpret data that will assist and inform decision making and the tracking and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators.
This is an important role in a fast paced environment that requires an enthusiastic and innovative individual with excellent attention to detail. You must be able to think on your feet, work independently but also as part of a team. You should possess excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure is essential for this post.
You will be expected to work 36.5 hours per week and this may include some evening and Saturday work. This is a permanent post with a start date of 'as soon as possible'.
