We are seeking a Head of Department for Construction (Including HE) who will be accountable for the curriculum management, resource and financial management, and quality improvement for the area. Through the effective deployment of resources and College systems and procedures, the postholder will ensure that each student has access to and receives an outstanding experience. This will include high quality teaching, learning and assessment that will ensure our students develop the Warwickshire College ‘T-shaped’ employability skills to gain a competitive advantage as they progress towards and along their chosen careers. The person appointed will report to the assistant principal and will be based across the Warwickshire College Group.
