STEM Apprenticeship Progress Appraiser

We are actively seeking a progress coach to support out STEM apprenticeships. This is a Bromley campus sited role but will include 1 day per week at our Holly Hill Campus and travel is required, both within the London Borough of Bromley and neighbouring areas.

To be successful in this role you will hold as a minimum a Level 2 in English and Maths.  It is desirable that you are qualified to degree level. With a willingness to complete a Coaching and Mentoring qualification. You will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, you will be highly organised and have a flexible approach to working hours and environments. Good IT skills, an understanding of the need for confidentiality and a willingness to promote equal opportunities are essential for this role.

As the College supports a number of children and vulnerable adults, all staff are exempt from Section 4(2) of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.  Accordingly, most staff will be subject to either a 'Standard' or 'Enhanced' CRB check and a List 99 check, which confirms there is no barring in place.
