We are looking for a fast paced, committed Business, Management and Customer Service Trainer/Assessor to join Yorkshire Coast College at an exciting moment in its development. The College is currently preparing for its move to a new campus and will be undertaking a rebranding exercise as part of the move, which will see us become Scarborough TEC.
Delivering mostly in the workplace, responsibilities will include overall management of the learner journey and attainment of all elements of their learning journey. You will ensure all activities will contribute positively to the learner to achieve their learning outcomes and progress onto an apprenticeship or a higher level of learning. You will also be expected to undertake business development activities, advising employers of skills solutions relevant to their business.
Funded through the European Social Fund (ESF) and Skills Funding Agency (SFA), the aim of the projects are to address skills shortages of the employees of small to medium enterprises within the York, North Yorkshire and East Riding Local Enterprise Partnership (The LEP) region.
