At Farnborough College of Technology, we are known for our work-focused qualifications, dynamic training facilities, and industry-experienced teachers. We offer a range of courses for both School Leavers and Adults, which include:

Our two modern campuses feature many industry-standard facilities, which reflect the workplace environment to provide students with hands-on skills and experiences.
Farnborough College of Technology is based at our campus in Farnborough, Hampshire. It has a warm and friendly atmosphere and is where the majority of our courses are delivered. It is also home to our University Centre Farnborough higher education provision.
Our second campus is based in Aldershot, Hampshire, and is the location of our Aldershot Construction College. This is a purpose-built facility that delivers courses in construction trades.

University Centre Farnborough
Based at Farnborough College of Technology, University Centre Farnborough offers a range of higher education courses and degrees awarded by the prestigious University of Surrey. This includes a number of accelerated degrees, which allow students to gain a full degree in just two-years.
The University Centre has its own dedicated building, facilities and study spaces. Compared to traditional universities, University Centre Farnborough is known for the high level of support it can offer to students, thanks to its close-knit campus and classroom-based lectures.
T Levels
We are one of the first colleges selected to launch new T Levels from September 2020. T Levels are new, two-year technical programmes designed with employers to give young people the skills that industry needs. They follow GCSEs and are equivalent to three A Levels. They are the most up-to date courses available and include a 45-day industry placement; giving access to more career-shaping experiences.
Apprenticeships
Our Apprenticeships are managed by our dedicated Business Services Team, who have worked with over 6,000 employers. The team can offer a variety of services to the business community, including advice on how apprenticeships can help to develop staff and assistance with the placement and monitoring of apprentices.
Dynamic Facilities
We are continually investing in our campuses to offer students a modern working environment, state-of-the-art technology and facilities that support their studies.
The most recent investment we have made is our Emerging Technologies Centre, which features flexible teaching spaces, virtual reality testing areas, holographic technology, IT suites and more.
Our University Centre Farnborough building is home to our bright and airy library, which contains spacious study areas and a variety of printed and digital learning resources. The building also contains a Costa Coffee shop.
With Farnborough being the home to British aviation, our Aerospace and Automotive Academy is dedicated to the fields of engineering and motor vehicle maintenance. It contains a number of engineering workshops and facilities, as well as a spacious motor vehicle workshop.
Many of our subjects benefit from facilities that mirror the workplace, to provide students with hands-on skills and experiences. This includes our Hair and Beauty Academy salons, Gallery Restaurant, TV and Radio studios, photography studios, gym facilities, floristry workshop and more. Our salons, restaurant and floristry services are also open to members of the public.
