Our mission is to provide life-changing opportunities for young people and adults through the delivery of an excellent educational experience. We need people on our team who are professional, dedicated and committed to the goal of transforming lives. Many of our students may not have had the best experience of education before they come to us. Our team must embrace our values to create a supportive and welcoming environment for all students, regardless of their abilities or backgrounds.

Our roles are broad-ranging and include teachers, technicians, business support staff and specialists. Each role has its own set of requirements and we assess and develop individuals against a range of competencies.
