Across its two superb centres in Enfield and Tottenham, the College of Haringey, Enfield and North East London (CONEL) offers a wide range of apprenticeships, pre-apprenticeships and courses across many different subjects to give students the skills, knowledge and experience they need to succeed at work or university. CONEL also offers a selection of fast, easy and free courses to encourage people in Haringey and Enfield into employment, in response to Tottenham MP David Lammy’s campaign to increase opportunities for adult education

The College’s focus on vocational and employment skills, gives the best possible education and training to all of our students, no matter what they have achieved before.  We are one of the largest colleges for further education in the United Kingdom.  Our Enfield and Haringey Centres are close to the Lea Valley Regional Park, just north of the London 2012 Olympic Park.  The College is well served by road and public transport and Tottenham, where the largest College centre is located, has recently been awarded more than £1billion of public and private investment to transform the area into one of the most vibrant parts of London.

The College’s investment in its facilities and resources continues year on year - and we are completing a £13million refurbishment of our Enfield Centre.

Ofsted has graded the College as ‘Outstanding’ or ‘Good’ in all areas inspected.  Special mention was given to the College’s good teaching, learning and assessment; its learning and welfare support; the enjoyment learners gain from their lessons and that they feel listened to, valued and safe.

The College holds Investors in People and Matrix accreditations.  Since its inception in 2009, the College has enjoyed annual improvement and the most recent data for Success Rates shows us to be London’s Number One Performing College.

The College of Haringey, Enfield and North East London aims to deliver the very best further education in London. Our most recent Ofsted report (April 2014) rated the College “Good” with Outstanding" Leadership and Management. Having made significant improvements in our teaching, learning and assessment, the proportion of our learners who successfully complete and pass their courses has significantly improved.

The College is looking for ambitious, talented staff to join us on in our pursuit of excellence in everything we do.
