Telemarketing Executive

Role:

Working within the Work Based Learning and Apprenticeship Services Teams alongside some great colleagues, you will source and arrange appointments with local employers over the phone, arranging and securing these appointments for our Business Development Executives.

With a confident and engaging phone manner, you are able to quickly build relationships with people and influence them, ensuring the best in customer service at all times. You will able to explain with ease the many benefits to be had from our products and services we offer, that will be of benefit to their businesses.

Resilient, your ability to persuade, influence and negotiate will help you produce high quality leads contributing to the effectiveness of the Business Development team.

Enthusiastic and motivated, your excellent interpersonal and communication skills will allow you to interact with both internal and external customers in both formal and informal settings, developing client relationships as you achieve your targets.

Your duties will include

  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or services
  • Answer any queries about products or the college
  • Ask probing questions to understand customer requirements and win appointments
  • Direct prospective employers to the field sales team when required
  • Enter customer records and update CRM
  • Confirm and process appointments in outlook diary in an accurate and timely manner
  • Handle grievances to preserve the colleges reputation
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and targets and to facilitate future sales
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
