In the role of HR Advisor, you’ll predominantly be based at Waterfront, Huddersfield. Your focus will be to deliver consistent and accurate HR reporting, coaching and advice to the curriculum area. Providing policy, process and procedural advice and guidance primarily to line managers and employees, across all employee lifecycle activities.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Dealing with enquiries from managers and employees on all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
  • Providing coaching, support and guidance to line managers on HR policy and processes including but not limited to: absence, disciplinary, grievance, performance and flexible working.
  • Assessing the merits of ER cases, ensuring appropriate escalation of complex cases to the Lead HR Advisor.
  • Contribute to the HR operational planning, self-assessment and the measurement of Key Performance Indicators to support the achievement of the College’s strategic objectives

Hours / Weeks: 37 hours, 52 weeks
