Main Purpose of Role

  • Operate within an employer focused/skills for work framework offering initial assessment and ongoing assessment and advisory services for a caseload of work-based and apprentice learners from levels 2-3
  • Organise and plan the delivery of learning, coaching and assessment for a specificassignment of learners to assure progress and achievement.
  • Support the development of industry standard knowledge, skills and behaviours as the
  • Apprentices prepare for and achieve at EPA
  • Promote and provide excellent customer service internally and externally in all areas of the role.
