We are looking for a multiply project worker/officer to work with a range of managers, tutors, community partners, employers and learners to design and deliver a range of maths learning experiences, including taster sessions and workshops, to adults facing significant barriers to education.

The post holder will be a key member or our Essential Skills team. This is an exciting opportunity to bring numeracy to the heart of the communities we serve.

The post-holder will be responsible for contributing to the development and delivery of the Multiply Adult Numeracy Programme and liaising with different managers and partners to ensure effective delivery.

This one-year fixed contract (with possibility of a further term thereafter) will aim to meet the needs of communities in Southwark and East London; targeting learners, community groups and employers, to improve adult functional numeracy levels and support progression into further education or work.

You will design, plan, and deliver on and coordinate a range of numeracy programmes in a range of settings. You will ensure that the targets for the project are met; learners enrolled; learners progressed; partnerships with key stakeholders developed; key hard-to-reach communities engaged.
