Duties

In this pivotal role as Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be -

  • Engaging and attracting the best talent in the market across a broad range and level of job roles including vocational and academic teaching; student support; student services; and business support. Providing our candidates and hiring managers with a professional recruitment experience. A key player in ensuring that our recruitment activities reflect and support that passion. Line managing the HR Recruitment Administrator.

Who we’re looking for

  • Candidates with knowledge and understanding of all aspects of the in-house recruitment process. Don’t worry if your recruitment experience has not been gained in the education sector; we are seeking someone who can bring best practice and innovative approaches that will be transformational. An excellent communicator who is quickly able to build effective working relationships with senior stakeholders and hiring managers. A solutions-focussed approach to problem solving and improving processes.
