The Group is currently at a very exciting time for Estates, we are building a new school for our Hartshill Academy and we have achieved outline planning permission to redevelop the Nuneaton Campus. Also we are about to start delivering T-levels this September across our college campuses. The Estate Strategy is a live and exciting document that the Estate Leadership team truly believe in.

Now is a BRILLANT time to join the team and help to bring the vision to life!  We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic Estate Manager to work with the Director of Estates.

Requirements for the role:

To ensure the Group estates and assets are maintained to a very high and consistent standard to satisfy requirements and all regulatory and statutory bodies. To manage the Estates team and outsourced contracts effectively. To contribute to and lead the implementation of The Estate Strategy. To manage refurbishment, expansion and other building advancements in terms of bidding, developing, procuring and implementing projects.

Responsibilities for the role:

To maintain the Group estates and assets to reflect the Group’s aspired status as a foremost location of teaching and learning and to the requirements of all regulatory and statutory bodies. To contribute to the delivery and growth the Estate Strategies across the Group. To prepare and implement building, maintenance and refurbishment programmes which satisfy the needs of the Group and which reflect budgetary provision.

The Location: The role is Group position and will require travel across all the Group sites (Sites are in Nuneaton, Hinckley and Leicestershire). The office base with be the Nuneaton campus.
