HCUC (Harrow College & Uxbridge College) is a thriving Further Education College in West London, with four campuses at Uxbridge, Hayes, Harrow Weald and Harrow-on-the-Hill.  

Based primarily at our Uxbridge Campus, you would be responsible for the College’s property and assets, in addition to all service contracts, security services and health and safety.   You would also be responsible for maintaining ISO14001, environmental standards and energy management.   Reporting to the Executive Director for Corporate Services, you will line manage a team of Estates and Security staff and lead on developing the College’s Estates Strategy, to ensure a clean, safe and legally compliant working environment for all our students and staff.

You will be IOSH qualified, with at least 8 years’ experience in Estates, Facilities or building services operations.  You will have experience of capital projects, resource and asset management, all aspects of health and safety including risk assessments and managing external suppliers/contractors.   A strong communicator, you will have the ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders and will have experience of leading/managing a team.
