37 hours per week, permanent. Home based with travel to Manchester and Gateshead.

Are you a passionate Construction professional who gets a buzz from helping young people thrive and achieve their very best?

We have an exciting opportunity for a Teacher in Architectural Technology/Construction Management delivering and assessing at Level 4/5 within our Construction department and we would love it if you joined our team. 

You’ll be responsible for teaching, motivating, coaching and guiding your group of apprentices through their learning journey; ensuring they’re on track, assessing their skills, knowledge and behaviours across a range of construction professional roles, holding regular reviews to help them progress. Meeting regularly with employers to review Apprentice progress. You’ll also work with our wider team to review and develop delivery models to improve how we do things and ensure all our apprentices have a brilliant experience.

We’d like you to have experience of one or more of the following:

- Construction Management

- Construction Design

- Architectural Technology

- Teaching Qualification (or willing to work towards)

We’d also like you to be as passionate as we are about delivering top quality teaching and helping students and apprentices to build their confidence and skills, putting them in the best possible position to step into industry or progress to university. 

This role will involve travel throughout the North of England predominantly covering groups in Manchester, with some travel to Gateshead.
