Recruitment Officer - Apprenticeships

We are seeking a Recruitment Officer to join our dynamic and successful Apprenticeships and Skills team.  You would provide an efficient and effective recruitment service by matching candidates to suitable vacancies.  The role will involve building and maintaining good relationships with employers, providing information, advice and guidance to candidates and undertaking administration to ensure an effective and efficient screening and recruitment process.

You will need to possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, be a competent user of IT and have a strong desire to succeed. You will be highly motivated and have experience of working in a busy administrative role.  Experience of working in a recruitment environment would be desirable.  The role will be based at our Hayes Campus, but you will be required to travel to our other campuses at Uxbridge, Harrow-on-the-Hill and Harrow Weald when required.
