WHAT WE DO 

The Market Insight team at the Luminate Education Group undertake a range of insight and market research activities that support the marketing department with the recruitment of learners and communications to stakeholders. The insights team is at the core of everything we do in the marketing team, who continue to move to an evidence led approach for our marketing activities. The team undertake a range of research analysis including brand perceptions pieces, market analysis, competitor analysis, product development and evaluation, campaign research, campaign reporting and digital analytics.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead the insight team on a range of research and analytics projects
• You will train and support the market insight team
• You will work on a number of qualitative and quantitative research projects across the group
• Communicate projects to key internal stakeholders and contribute to our marketing strategies based on the evidence you produce
• Undertake a range of reporting and analysis using tools such as Tableau, Google BigQuery, Google Analytics and PowerBI

YOUR PROFILE 

• Have experience in a market insight role, ideally as a senior analyst
• Hold a relevant Level 4 (or above) qualification in market research, mathematics or related discipline
• Have up to date knowledge of market research techniques
• Have up to date knowledge of digital analytics and BI tools such as Tableau and PowerBI
• Have experience of leading a team
