We are looking to appoint a number of Advanced Practitioners to take a lead role in promoting excellence in teaching, learning and assessment across the organisation and drive forward quality improvements in all areas of the curriculum. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative and forward-thinking team, working towards creating a culture of excellence, placing pedagogy, teaching, learning and assessment at the core of everything we do.

The successful candidates will promote and implement a range of teaching and learning initiatives to develop practice across the curriculum, including embedding a new coaching and mentoring model, leading on teaching and learning projects, sharing best practice and developing and delivering training to teachers and trainers. The role will include a 0.4 teaching commitment, the areas available for teaching are listed below:

Initial Teacher Education

Business

Health and Social Care

Engineering

Building Services and Construction

Supported Learning

We are looking for people who are passionate about teaching and learning in the Further Education sector, who have a proven track record of delivering excellence in teaching, learning and assessment, who put students at the heart of everything they do and want to make a difference.
