We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated lecturer to deliver A Level English at our High Pavement 6th Form in the City. A Level English Language and English Literature have all seen an increase in popularity in 21-22 at High Pavement.

The successful candidate will be a passionate and enthusiastic teacher and have experience of teaching both A Level English Language and English Literature. They will have drive, determination and vision that shines through to create outstanding and innovative lessons for our students. They will have excellent communication skills, empathy, understanding and the ability to truly inspire and engage young people to excel and achieve their academic potential and career ambitions. The role will also include additional duties that will entail progress monitoring, administration and supporting students to achieve challenging targets. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate that they can use new learning technologies and will continue to update their skills through CPD.

We are looking for people who are passionate about teaching in a Sixth Form within a Further Education setting, and be committed to ensuring that our learners make the best possible progress towards their educational and career goals.
