The School of Science, IT and Media is responsible for the delivery of Science A2, AS, GCSE, ACL and Vocational Science courses and is based at the Harrow-on-the-Hill campus.
We are seeking to appoint a motivated science professional to lead the Science section and teach on a range of Science programmes. The successful candidate will support the Head of School and contribute to the strategic development, planning, quality and delivery of the Science courses.
You will have a degree in a Science subject and have a strong track record in curriculum delivery, including experience of teaching a Science subject at A Level, BTEC and GCSE level, including either Biology or Chemistry at Level 3. You will have experience of curriculum development and of managing or supervising a team.
The College has recently introduced a Working from Home policy. You may be able to work a proportion of your work time from home. Working from Home may be possible where this does not adversely impact on the operational needs of the College.
