Nottingham College has gone through some exciting changes as it emerges as one of the biggest colleges in the country. This role is a new and unique opportunity to shape services for our students, to give them the best possible experience whilst at the College.

Our Employer Services team are looking to inspire young people and we want assessors and trainers to join our aspirational team to give apprentices the best experience whilst at the College and preparing them for their career.

You will be responsible for the development and delivery of Refrigeration & Air Conditioning at Level 3.

You will work with a caseload to deliver flexible, high quality training and assessments within workplace. You will be responsible for all areas of the apprenticeship programme liaising with classroom colleagues, coaching, and preparing our apprentices for the End Point Assessment as part of the new Standard.

You will champion success of your apprentices by overseeing their learning plans and providing feedback on their performance providing clear feedback to support them to achieve their goals.
